a. What was the main aim of Chulong?
Ans: The main aim of Chulong was becoming rich.

b. Why could Chulong not make money from the bird?
Ans: Chulong could not make money from that bird because nobody will buy imprisoned bird.

c. What were the three simple rules the bird told Chulong?
Ans: The three simple rules told by the bird are: never believe everything others say, never be sad about something you do not have and never throw away what you have in your hand.

d. What type of person is Chulong?
Ans: Chulong is greedy and foolish person.

e. What lesson did you learn from the story?
Ans: I learned three simple rules: never to believe everything others say, never to be sad about something we do not have and never to throw away what we have in our hand from this lesson.

D. Imagine that you were Chulong. What would you do when the colourful bird turned into a black crow? Write in a few lines
  • If I were in the place of Chulung, I could also release the bird free. or,
  • If I ware in the place of Chulung, I could bring the bird to the home and keep as pet bird.
